Biotechnology for the food industry

A wide range of starch and sugar containing feedstocks can be processed with Vogelbusch technology, including wheat, corn, sorghum, barley, potatoes, cassava, sweet potatoes, and by-products from the grain processing industry, as well as molasses, thick juice, or syrups from sugar cane and sugar beets.
