Sobatech in the Netherlands provides the following items for the continuous production of dough:

Pre-mixers for solid ingredients.

Function: the mixing of solid ingredients into a homogeneous & constant mix that can then be dosed as 1 single solid ingredients. The pre-mixer is used as re-fill bunker for the solid dosing hopper.

Execution: stainless steel hopper with stainless steel ribbon shaped mixing tool.

  • Capacities: from 100 kg to 500 kg.

To be used for: flour, sugar, salt, baking powder(s), solid yeast and other powders.

Dosing stations for the continuous dosing of solid ingredients.

Function: the dosing of solid ingredients into an accurate, constant and continuous flow.
Execution 1: Stainless steel hopper on load cells with torsion free separate weighing frame. Double screw feeder with motor.
Execution 2: Stainless steel unit with torsion free cantilever frame with integrated load cell and speed controlled dosing belt.

  • Capacities (for both executions): from 2 kg/h to 10.000 kg/h.

Execution 1 & 2 to be used for: flour, salt, sugar, baking powder(s), solid yeast and other powders.
Executions 2 to be used for: chocolate chips, nuts, seeds and other large particle solid ingredients.

Dosing stations for the continuous dosing of liquid ingredients.

Function: the dosing of liquid ingredients into an accurate, constant and continuous flow.
Execution 1: High accuracy positive displacement pump with mag-flow or Coriolis meter.
Execution 2: Stainless steel hopper with level controlled open-structure feeder screw

  • Capacities execution 1: from 2 to 4.000 kg/h.
  • Capacities execution 2: from 75 to 4.000 kg/h.


Execution 1 to be used for: water, liquid yeast, oil, liquid fat, liquid improver, salt & sugar water, liquid pre-dough and other low viscosity liquid ingredients.
Execution 2 to be used for: re-work dough, mother dough, sponge dough and other high viscosity liquid ingredients.

Homogenizer.
Function: creating a consistent and continuous mix of all solid & low viscosity liquid ingredients by horizontal injection of the low viscosity liquid ingredients into the vertical flow of solid ingredients.
Execution: Stainless steel, easy to clean, flow pipe with quick connect/dis-connect nozzles.

  • Capacities: from 40 to 10.000 kg/h (all ingredients put together).

To be used for all low viscosity liquid ingredients and all powder form solid ingredients.

Kneader.
Function: creating a consistent, homogeneous and correct developed dough by applying shear force, through 2 counter rotating tools, to the mix of ingredients.
Execution: Stainless steel housing and kneading chamber with double jacket. Motor, gear box and splitter located in separate section.

  • Capacities: 200 to 10.000 kg/h.

To be used for all kinds of doughs and mixes that need shear force for creating a homogeneous product flow.

Additional items.
All additional items needed for the proper functioning of the above equipment, such as software, electrical controls, sensors, conveyors, safety systems, etc. are also supplied by Sobatech.
