The HVF generation of systems includes 4 high-vacuum fillers, each of which was developed for a specific range of applications. Clearly defined market segments, target groups and product types cover the entire market volume in all its diversity. High-vacuum fillers meet these varied requirements perfectly.

HVF 670 for ham products
from large and whole muscle pieces with individual pieces
over 500 grams to whole topsides/silversides


HVF 664 for formed ham made from ground material
or products made of meat cut in small pieces
with size of pieces up to about 500 grams


HVF 660 for large-calibre dry sausage, cooked salami, spreadable sausage
or summer sausage


HVF 658 for small-calibre dry sausage snacks or
products made of very solid starting material


424 and 425 cutting valves: Clean cutting
The 424 and 425 cutting valves for efficient cutting and portioning of large-piece products. Without casing or clipper. The 425 cutting valve is suitable for ham products that are to be portioned directly into containers or pre-batched for thermo-forming machines.

1 or 2-lane production for a variety of options with portion sizes from approx. 1,000g and large cutting and outlet diameter of 100mm for top product quality. The new 424 cutting valve is perfectly suited for serial portioning of fresh meat, raw fruit and vegetable salads, vegetables or pieces of ham up to 500g. 1, 2, 3, 4 or 2x2-lane production for a variety of options with portion sizes from 500g and a cutting and outlet diameter of 60 mm.
