Unilever France selects Unica and Sogec to manage marketing campaigns

Unica and the Sogec Marketing group have been selected by Unilever France, part of the Unilever Group, to manage its marketing campaigns.


According to the companies, Unilever France turned to Sogec and Unica to optimize its strategic planning and multi-channel client relationship management (CRM) program, 'Pour tout vous dire' (To tell you everything). Sogec brings its data management expertise to the project; it hosts Unilever France's consumer databases. This information is successively cleansed and segmented and is then ready for use with Unica Affinium Campaign. Affinium Campaign, combined with Affinium Campaign eMessage, Unica's application for personalized email and SMS campaigns, enables the creation, testing, optimization, deployment and analysis of Unilever's personalized marketing communications. It also addresses the strategic needs of marketers by allowing the right message to be sent at the right time through the appropriate channel, the companies added. Juliette Chapront, head of database management at Unilever France, said: "We use Unica's software daily and appreciate the efficiency of the solution's integration with our existing French consumer database, hosted by Sogec. We have been able to improve the management of our marketing campaigns. As a result we can now respond to demands quickly and develop targeted marketing campaigns and offers."
