The Cheesecake Factory Opens In Tucson, Arizona
The Cheesecake Factory has opened its new restaurant at the Tucson Mall in Tucson, Arizona. The restaurant opened on February 4, 2010 and contains approximately 10,900sqft and 310 seats.
The Cheesecake Factory is a casual dining segment, which started in 1978 with the introduction of its namesake concept. The company operates 161 full-service, casual dining restaurants throughout the US, including 147 restaurants under The Cheesecake Factory mark, 13 restaurants under the Grand Lux Cafe mark, and one restaurant under the RockSugar Pan Asian Kitchen mark.
The company also operates two bakery production facilities in Calabasas Hills, California and Rocky Mount, North Carolina that produce over 70 varieties of cheesecakes and other baked products.
