Romano’s To Equip Restaurants With Radiant Systems Technology
Romano’s Macaroni Grill, an Italian Mediterranean restaurant brand, has entered into a new agreement with Radiant Systems (Radiant), an Atlanta based provider of technology services to the hospitality and retail industries, to install the Aloha Enterprise system along with Radiant P1520 hardware terminals across all its 186 company-owned restaurants.
Radiant claims that its Aloha Enterprise system chosen by Romano’s Macaroni Grill provides the technology needed to run the chain's restaurants more efficiently, from automating its daily operations, to measuring performance, managing to better results and marketing to consumers.
In addition, the company said that the system's back office capabilities allows the company to better analyze its restaurant operations, find areas for improvement, and control labor and food costs.
Romano’s Macaroni Grill managers can view operational data across all sites from any location to make quick decisions when necessary, the company added.
