Red Prince Apple To Be Available In Stores Until May
Riveridge Produce Marketing has said that its Red Prince apple will now be available in retail outlets until May. The Red Prince originated on the German/Holland border in 1994 and is a cross between a Jonathan and Golden Delicious.
The company claims that the variety has the same parentage as Jonagold but with a much different eating characteristic.
