PureCircle joins forces with Premium Ingredients to boost stevia distribution
PureCircle USA, an international producer and marketer of stevia products, has signed a new distribution agreement with Illinois based ingredient distributors for food, health & wellness and pet food manufacturers, Premium Ingredients International.
According to this agreement, Premium Ingredients will become the new distributor for stevia-derived products of PureCircle within the US, with effect from 15 September 2010.
PureCircle said that the new partnership expands its distribution reach within the country by around 1,000 customers, and also offer it an supplementary technical resource.
PureCircle corporate vice president sales and marketing Jordi Ferre said that this new partnership enhances the company's ability to service customers in the US with a value-added ingredient distributor that brings a strong distribution network.
Premium Ingredients International president Don Thorp said that the company's emphasis is to continue to expand its portfolio of good-for-you ingredients and the Supply Side West show is an excellent venue to announce our new commitment with this partnership.
PureCircle’s global headquarters is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Stevia is now being grown for the company in 15 countries across South America, Africa, and Asia.
Premium Ingredients International imports Vitamin C, B1, B2, Taurine and many other good-for-you ingredients. This company has offices in Utah, Missouri, New Jersey, London and Toronto.
