Nikken Foods USA To Relocate To New Distribution Center In Missouri

Nikken Foods USA, a manufacturer and distributor of natural flavors and soy sauce powders, will move to a new location at Manchester Avenue, in St Louis, Missouri, in mid February.
The company said that the new distribution center and corporate office is 20% larger than the current space and provides three dock doors and a loading ramp. The new facility, besides the expanded distribution center, will also house the company’s new corporate offices and its Application Kitchen, a test kitchen utilized for research and development.
Herbert Bench, executive vice president of Nikken Foods USA, said: “The new larger distribution center and USA corporate offices will accommodate our growing customer demand for our products.”
The company has been involved in production of anchovy powders, clam broth blends, dried oriental vegetables, and continuous vacuum dried natural flavor bases. The company produces three categories of products namely fermented products and flavor enhancers, seafood, and vegetables, spray dried and continuous vacuum dried.
The fermented products and flavor enhancers line includes a variety of soy sauce powders, Rice Vinegar Flavored Powder, Red Miso Powder, Teriyaki Sauce Powder, Natural Flavor Enhancer, and Natural Flavor Enhancer Wheat-Free Non-GMO.
