Michael Dean’s Seafood Grill & Oyster Bar Unveils New Menu

New offerings include several house-prepared prime rib dishes

Michael Dean’s Seafood & Oyster Bar, a restaurant that belongs to Rock Top Hospitality group, has released new dinner menu. The new offerings include several house-prepared prime rib dishes such as a slow roasted prime rib, shaved prime rib sandwich and the wood grilled Deans Burger.

The menu also includes oysters Bienville and oyster sampler appetizers, a California salad and a sauteed shrimp risotto.

The restaurant said that Oysters Bienville is made with shrimp and scallop breading and a sherry bechamel. Oyster Sampler includes six Bienville oysters, six Rockefeller oysters and six fried oysters; California Salad is made with Napa Cabbage, mixed greens, roasted peppers, macadamia nuts, avocado, and red onion tossed with soy citrus vinaigrette with grilled chicken; and Sauteed Shrimp Risotto features mushrooms, roasted garlic, butternut squash, roasted tomatoes, spinach and parmesan.

The prime rib dishes include Slow Roasted Prime Rib, served with a baked potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and au jus; Shaved Prime Rib Sandwich, served with provolone, sauteed onion, lettuce, and tomato with horseradish creme on a toasted hoagie roll with au jus; and Wood Grilled Dean Burger, served with gruyere, shiitake mushrooms, and LTO on a toasted pretzel roll.
