McDonald's Of Greater Philadelphia Region Launches New Mac Snack Wrap

FBR Staff Writer Published 07 January 2010

McDonald's outlet located in the Greater Philadelphia Region has introduced new Mac Snack Wrap, the latest addition to its Snack Wrap line.

The restaurant said that, priced at $1.49, the made-to-order Mac Snack Wrap consists of half of a quarter pound beef patty, Big Mac sauce, shredded lettuce, American cheese, sliced pickles and chopped onions all wrapped in a flour tortilla.

Mike Anton, president, Phil-Ad-Mac Owner/Operator Association, said: We know our customers in the Philadelphia Region love the classic taste of the Big Mac, and we can't wait for them to try the new Mac Snack Wrap.

Introduced in 2006, McDonald's portable Snack Wrap portfolio also includes a range of grilled or chicken breast meat, cheddar jack cheese, lettuce and a range of chipotle BBQ, sweet and honey mustard or ranch sauce.

McDonald's operates 14,000 US restaurants of which around 80% are independently owned and operated by local franchisees. There are nearly 300 McDonald's restaurants in the Greater Philadelphia Region.
