McCormick Canada Launches New Soup Mixes

FBR Staff Writer Published 01 February 2010

McCormick Canada, a wholly-owned subsidiary of McCormick & Company, has launched three new Club House Slow Cooker Soup seasoning mixes, adding to its line of six other Slow Cooker mixes.

The company said that the new Club House Slow Cooker Soup seasoning mixes include Minestrone, Chicken Noodle and Beef Vegetable. It claims that these soup mixes contain no artificial flavours, colours or trans fat.

The company's six other Club House Slow Cooker seasoning mixes include Pot Roast, Beef Stew, BBQ Pork, Chili, Italian Chicken, and BBQ Ribs. All Club House Slow Cooker seasoning mixes include a list of ingredients and instructions on the packaging.

Jennifer Dionne, group marketing manager of McCormick Canada, said: Club House Slow Cooker Soups are so easy. You simply add the desired fresh ingredients and seasoning mix to the slow cooker appliance, set it on low for eight hours or high for four hours, and come home to a delicious soup, as well as a home filled with tantalizing aromas.

Available at major grocery outlets across Canada, the new Club House Slow Cooker Soup seasoning mixes are found in the Dry Sauce Mix and Gravy aisle with a suggested retail price of $1.59.
