III Forks Steakhouse Unveils New Valentine's Dinner Menu
III Forks Steakhouse, a full-service and franchised restaurant owned by Dallas-based Consolidated Restaurant Operations, at Jacksonville, Florida, has introduced a new Valentine’s Dinner menu.
Joe Everett, executive chef at the restaurant, has prepared two items for Valentine’s weekend, which include wine and champagne; a Filet & Lobster Special featuring 6 ounces of USDA Prime Filet and 6 ounces Australian Cold Water Rock Lobster served with whipped potatoes, peas, corn, tomatoes and spring onions; and a 16 ounce Wagyu Strip, also served with sides. The company said that Wagyu beef is raised from special breeds of Japanese cattle.
The special Valentine’s Day menu will also feature an combination of Seafood Medley, Ahi Tuna, Lobster Bisque, salads, and selections from the beef market and fish market.
III Forks Jacksonville has outlets in Dallas, Houston and Austin, Texas; and, Jacksonville, Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, with a seventh location scheduled to be opened soon in Hallandale at The Village of Gulfstream Park.
