Haralambos Beverage to distribute Deep River Snacks in Southern California

FBR Staff Writer Published 28 August 2010

Haralambos Beverage Company, a distributor of non-alcoholic beverage brands in California, has signed a deal with Deep River Snacks, a gourmet snack food, to distribute the latter's snacks portfolio in Southern California.

Haralambos has now started distribution of Deep River Snacks' product portfolio, which includes kettle chips, popcorn, and baked fries, to retail outlets in the area.

The Deep River snacks come in flavor combinations such as Sweet Maui Onion, Rosemary and Olive Oil, Zesty Jalapeno, and Asian Sweet & Spicy.

Haralambos distributes products in the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside.

Haralambos Beverage president Tony Haralambos said that this brand connects well with health-conscience consumers who want all natural products without sacrificing the flavor.

“Therefore, we’re confident it will be a big hit with consumers in the Greater LA area and add incremental sales to our 9000+ retail partners,” Haralamboos said.

Deep River Snacks president Jim Goldberg said that adding the Greater LA area to the company's distribution footprint is an important step in expanding the Deep River Snacks brand.

“Therefore, we anticipate a significant boost, both in name recognition and demand for our products,” Goldberg said.
