Compass Group North America acquires Kimco
Foodservice and support services company Compass Group North America has completed the acquisition of US-based Kimco Corporation, a provider of support services operating mainly in the business and industry sector.
Through the acquisition, Kimco becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Compass Group North America under Eurest Services, a division of Compass Group North America focused on delivering support services to the business and industry sector. Kimco will maintain its operational structure as it merges with Eurest Services.

Kimco is a provider of soft services, mainly janitorial, to commercial, retail and industrial customers in 37 states. The acquisition will enable Eurest Services to better serve existing and future customers through its expanded national presence. Crothall Services Group, the sister company of Eurest Services, will continue its focus on the healthcare sector.
