Blue Horizon Introduces Line Of Seafood Products

Blue Horizon, a sea food company, has introduced omega3/DHA-fortified appetizers and entree meals in order to meet the demand for meal options.

The company's new line of additions include: Breaded Clam Strips, Gluten-Free Crab Cakes, Gluten-Free Omega3/DHA Fish Sticks, Wild Alaskan Omega3/DHA Fish Sticks, Wild Alaskan Salmon Sticks, Lobster Mac and Cheese.

The company claims that the new Wild Crab Cakes are made with Atlantic Blue Claw crab, with natural ingredients and are gluten-free.

The company also claims that Gluten-Free Fish Sticks are made with wild Alaskan Pollock and are a source of Omega 3s (350mg per serving) which support heart health and brain development, which does not contain preservatives, antibiotics or chemicals. Both of these products come in a 6oz package.

In addition, the company's products include: Breaded Clam Strips that are made from wild Atlantic Surf clams which according to the company does not contain artificial additives or preservatives. The Wild Alaskan Salmon Sticks and Wild Alaskan Fish Sticks are made with wild Alaskan salmon and Pollock, with omega 3/DHA (400mg Omega3/DHA per serving).

Blue Horizon Lobster Mac and Cheese product is made with Maine lobster (HomarusAmericanus) and all natural ingredients. Lobster meat is combined with penne pasta in a sauce made with White Cheddar, Jack, Gruyere and Gouda Cheeses.
